Hey, AMR 314, I'm en route with a 66-year-old male coming from home.

Chief complaint today is going to be shortness of breath and chest pain.

He was just discharged back home today after having a surgical procedure on the left foot.

So shortly after arriving home, he did start to experience

shortness of breath and generalized chest pain.

Pain worsened upon breathing and palpitation.

Does have a past MI history.

He was markedly hypertensive on scene, about 02:20 over 100 .
