AMR 121, we're responding approximately 10 minutes with a 50-year-old female.

She's complaining today it's going to be left hip pain.

Patient was walking in the grass and she felt a pop and fell to the ground.

There does appear to be some shortening and rotation of that left hip.

Patient has an IV established.

She's gotten 100 mics of fentanyl and 10 mg of ketamine.

Fill in ten out of ten pain.

She's also gotten 4 mg of Novocaine.

She's endo times four, GCS 15 .

She does not take any blood thinners.

Did not hit her head.

Got a blood pressure of 100 and fifty-seven over eighty-nine.

Heart rate is ninety-six.

Pulse ox is ninety-five percent on room air.
