Patient does have a history of COPD.

Did attempt to administer a home albuterol treatment prior to our arrival with no success and with no relief.

She was sitting in the low eighties.

On room air, whenever we got in there, I administer a DuoNeb on scene with relief.

Wrong guy and super diminished lung sounds on my arrival.

Now she's pretty wheezy.

Ten milligrams of Dexomethasone on board.
