Our chief complaint today is going to be a fall with potential seizure-like activity.

Patient's husband reported that she got up to go to the bathroom as she walked in, she fell.

He just heard a thump, came in, found her on the ground.

She's got no history of seizures.

He said she was not responding for a couple of minutes.

She's from the other complaining of nausea and weakness for us.

We have a C color on sinus rhythm on the monitor, 96, 12-lead unremarkable, SBP of 120, 120 over 70, 22 breaths per minute, 98% on room air.
