Chief complaint is going to be respiratory distress.

Started roughly an hour ago.

Woke the patient up from sleep.

History of CHF.

Currently patient is GCS 15, A and O times four, heart rate sinus tach at 109, blood pressure 1.

The PCO two with therapy is thirty-six.

We are unable to get a good PCO two room right now due to nail polish.
