Chief complaint today of she had a fall, leg went numb, her left leg went numb and she fell, striking her left side and left hip.

Patient denied any loss of consciousness, denied hitting her head.

She has. Other issues that have been complicating,

So right now, GCS 15 , heart rate's 90 , blood pressure's 100 and fifty-one over 106 , respirations are 18 .

She's ninety-eight percent on room air.

I got a 20 gauge on the left AC.

I am getting her four milligrams of morphine for the pain, which was ten out of ten, and four of zofran.
