We're en route to your facility with a 40-year-old female coming from home.

Complaint today is going to be seizures.

Patient does have a history of seizures.

She did fall.

She did strike her head.

She does have a laceration to the left side of her head.

Bleeding is controlled.

No blood. Taking medication, she's currently in a C collar.

We have the following vital signs for you: last blood pressure was 117 over seventy-six.

Heart rate is 80 .

Respirations are 20 .

Clear, non-labor. She's ninety-nine percent on a couple liters of O two.

She has had approximately eight seizures within my care.

She's been given 5 mg of Versed for those seizures.

Currently, she is unresponsive.
