Okay, Center Point, this is KCFD Medic 556 en route to your facility with a 77, 77-year-old male.

He's been laying face down, altered mental status, severe hypotension.

Don't have a last known well.

Family came home, found him unresponsive.

While he was on the ground, they tried him up and he went unresponsive.

First pressures were systolics of 50s.

We've since got his pressure up.

He's now just lethargic, alert, oriented.

Vitals as follows: blood pressure of 93 over 53, heart rate is sinus rhythm at a rate of 60 with a left bundle branch.

He's at 97% on a non-rebreather.
