I'm coming to a 42, 42 year old female that was assaulted probably about an hour ago.

She was hit in the face by a backpack.

Unknown what was in the backpack.

She does have about a 1 " laceration to the side of the left temple.

She does have some soreness in that eye and a headache.

This is GCS of 15 .

Heart rate is 80 and I need some room air oxygen.

Blood pressure is 140 over 70 .
