I'm coming to you guys with a 57-year-old female patient coming from home.

Chief complaint today is going to be difficulty breathing that's been going on for the last couple days now.

Patient is alert and oriented, GCS of 15.

Upon our arrival, patient did have diminished lung sounds with some wheezing.

She's had a DuoNeb treatment.

I currently have her on another albuterol treatment after.

Current vitals: I got a pressure 100 and seventy-one over ninety-two.

She's setting at 100 % on the eight liters through that do not treatment.
