We're going to be en route to your facility with a 57-year-old male, 5'7", GCS of 15, A and O times four.

Patient chief complaint today is going to be head pain from a fall.

Patient was using his walker.

When his walker kind of got away from him,

causing him to fall, hitting the side of his head.

He's also complaining of neck pain and left shoulder pain.

Patient did not lose consciousness at all.However , he is on eliquis.

Current set of vitals: I got a pulse rate of fifty-five.

Sinus on the monitor.

Blood pressure is 90 over fifty-seven.

On a nasal cannula at four liters.
