Centerpoint from SNI Med One, patient information.
00:03
Centerpoint, go ahead.
00:06
Hi, Centerpoint. This is SNI Med One coming to you today with an 83-year-old male that fell at home.He has contusions to his chest.
00:14
He has a GCS of 15, A and O times four with back pain.
00:18
We did a 12-lead and it shows controlled AFib.
00:22
That's also the only history we're able to obtain.
00:26
He is not. Currently on any thinners,
00:29
we tried to get IV access, but it wasn't flushing good, so we took it back out.
00:38
I'd say that O two is not accurate; his fingers are kind of cold.
00:41
And then our last blood pressure was 01:12 over 79 .
00:46
Yes, did the patient fall and hit his head? And if so, did he lose consciousness? And is he complaining of any neck pain?
00:54
And was it just a fall from? Standing.
00:57
Patient did fall from standing.
00:58
He denies any striking of the head or loss of consciousness.
01:02
The only pain he's complaining of is in his lower back, which is a chronic problem.
01:07
We do currently have the patient have a C-collar on him.
