Paramedic four out of, we're about 10 min after facility with a seventy-seven year old male patient who's coming from an assisted living facility.

Chief complaint is going to be chest pain and shortness of breath starting around 1030 this morning.

He is alert and oriented.

He has a 15 with ambulatory for us on scene.

Patient does have a history of.

That's a heart failure.

He states that he is on hospice for that.

However, hospice is wanting him to be transported to the hospital.

He is a DNR.

12 lead is showing normal sinus rhythm.

I did give three baby aspirin.

He took one baby aspirin prior to our arrival.
