Patient is a 40-year-old male patient, chief complaint of multiple falls and strikes to the head.

On the 13th, patient had sinus surgery, has been having nosebleeds since that he said.

Three today.

Patient fell onto his face from a standing position once and then got up.

Was requesting his partner to take him to the hospital.

And while getting up, he fell again face 1st into the wall.

While on the ground, patient's partner stated that she witnessed a seizure.

Patient does not have a seizure history.

Patient was alert and oriented when we arrived on scene.

Does have a bloody nose.

He is ninety-eight for a rate, 01:11 , over seventy-seven for a pressure.

Ninety-seven of room air.

GCS is 15 .

No blood thinners.

Is he currently having a nosebleed? Is bleeding controlled?

Patient states he can feel blood going down the back of his throat.
