Elderly woman transported with abnormal urinary lab values

We have one en route to facility approximately 15 minutes out with a 71, 71 year old female coming from Oak Grove Nursing and Rehab with a chief complaint of bad urinary lab values.

Patient's A and O times four, GCS 15.

Patient's got a heart rate, sinus regular, rate of 80 , ninety-six percent on room air, and a blood pressure of 100 and twenty-five over seventy-five.
