This is KCFD Medic 39 en route to facility non-emergent.

On board we've got a 45-year-old female.

Chief complaint today is going to be numbness on the left side of her face.

She said it started when she woke up this morning about 30 minutes ago.

She doesn't have any other stroke.

Symptoms. It looks like in past PCR, she's had a similar issue.

She's also complaining of just some overall fatigue and cough and sickness.

She's alert and oriented times four with the GCS of 15.

Last set of vitals we got, heart rate's 95, sinus tach.

Blood pressure's 148 over 104.
