He is coming from a nursing home in Blue Springs.

He is alert and oriented with a GCS of 15.

Chief complaint today is going to be, he's having some slurred speech that started yesterday, about 11:43 is what we are told.

He does have a history of Parkinson's.

Right now we have a blood pressure of 124 over 60.

He's at 98 on room air.

He has a heart rate of 70.

He has sinus on the monitor with some PACs.

Yeah, the only thing that's different is he has a little bit of slurred speech, but he said he's been, he was seeing.
