She is alert and oriented times four, GCS 15.

Chief complaint today is going to be upper abdominal pain.

She had her gallbladder removed about 12 weeks ago.

Had a stent placed, bile duct stent placed, and it's actually due to have that removed tomorrow, but up about midnight last night.

With some abdominal pain,

some nausea.

Said she dry heaved a few times but didn't actually vomit.

She rates the pain right now 10 out of 10.

Right now, current set of vitals: 123 over 57 for blood pressure.

She's at 99% on room air.

She has sinus on the monitor.

We did get a 12-lead with no ST-elevation noted.
