Good afternoon, this is AMR 321 EMT Bushman coming to you non-emergent from Costco gas station in Independence with a 41-year-old female.

Female, she complained today of eye burning and pain bilaterally as well as some throat burning.

Patient reports that she was at a gas pump.

She got some gasoline sprayed in her face for a good 2nd or two.

She reports that she swallowed an unknown but small amount.

Still has a remaining taste and has some burning going on the back of her throat.

Didn't see any irritation or redness in the throat at all.No swelling or anything like that.

Her left eye has some layer of redness and irritation visible,

And she's still reporting pretty consistent burning in her eyes.

She's also reporting some vision issues with some blurriness at range.Nothing beyond.
