Deputies check vehicle near Randolph and Marlowe

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a possible welfare situation involving a vehicle parked near North Randolph Street and Marlowe Avenue in Indianapolis. The vehicle, a gray or black SUV, had its lights on for about 20 minutes with no one seen exiting. Further radio traffic indicated unrelated confusion about another call involving an EMS crew at a different location. The vehicle in question was later moved, and the welfare check was cleared without incident.
