231, we received a call from a (name withheld) reporting that at US Highway 2 near Topper Road,

he was in the slow lane of a passing lane.

A semi was attempting to pass him.

Caller. Stated that the semi ran out of passing lane, causing him to almost hit the guardrail, due to the semi not having enough time to get past him.

He is upset about this and is behind the semi again heading west on Porter Stew.
