Man with leg wounds and maggots found in woods tent

Damn yuck. I hope they get him fixed up. as disgusting as it sound, I do know that maggots are a sign of healing because I wanted to get them away from a wound on an animal once a cat trying to help it and the veterinarian was like that actually is healthy to a degree so it grossed me the f*** out but who knows
