Neighbors report unresponsive elderly woman at apartment

She's advising the elderly woman that lives in the downstairs apartment, apartment (number withheld) , has had groceries sitting on her porch that haven't been delivered and they've been sitting there for approximately two days or so.

She's advising that she and a couple of the other neighbors have tried knocking on the door to get her to answer and she's not come to the door.

I did public service to my mother-in-law.

He advised that he answered today last time he spoke to her was a couple of days ago.

So I also have an employee to unlock the apartment if need be.

We also received a call from (name withheld) today concerning this subject for a mental hygiene process, but she hasn't spoken to her either."
