Four thirty-one, traffic complaint.

00:07

Hello, everyone.

00:11

Units, Bayliss and Park.

00:13

There was a black Nissan sedan, like a newer model Altima, that took off at a high rate of speed, passing eastbound on Bayliss.

00:19

It turned off somewhere.

00:20

I didn't see where.

00:25

Over.

00:31

Is it possible that it looped back around to Summit already?

00:34

I just had one going east on Summit from Park.

00:42

It could be at this point if it was really taking off and shot back southbound, but its original path of travel was westbound.

00:53

Oh, you said it was white?

00:57

Negative, it was either black or like a very dark color.

01:08

There's a single male occupant that when he passed me, (name withheld) covered his face.

01:17

433, I'm gonna clear it.

01:25

Go for 430.

01:30

They're already clear from it.
