Person confused after switching vehicles at highway lot, Janesville WI

00:00

It's going to be at Rockvale, (number withheld) Highway 51, lot (number withheld).

The RP initially called stating that a male had showed up and talked her into switching vehicles with him.

00:11

The plate she gave us for the vehicle that's on scene does check back to her though.

00:15

Seems like she was confused about what was going on and she was confused about her address.

I did send a prior with her daughter's information as well, added to the notes.
