Welfare check requested at residential address

I have RP with Adult Protective Services attempting to perform a welfare check, follow up on a referral, and is unable to make entry into the home on her own.

Advised very tall grass and other conditions that are making her unable to do it alone and is requesting backup.

Again, that's (number withheld) West Center Street for a welfare check.
