Concern for man walking barefoot on Highway D

A 20 to 30 year old male walking on Highway D, out to the RP's driveway, took a drink, stared at the sky for a while, then walked 50 yd , sat down, took off his shoes, walking barefoot.

RP can no longer see the male, but can see cars slowing down, brake lights.

Worried about the man.

Male in his twenties or thirties, wearing all black, short straw hat, water shirt.
