As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a traffic complaint on State Route 114 just west of the Kalida village limits near a graveyard. A caller reported that road construction and sidewalk work with portable stop lights might cause an accident and requested someone to help direct traffic. Responding units were advised that the construction crew was using portable stop lights at each end of the work zone, which should be managing traffic despite the distance between the lights and a nearby curve.
