Welfare check on child at All Seasons Resort

She's requesting a welfare check of her (number withheld) son (name withheld), who is supposedly staying at All Seasons Resort with his father (name withheld).

She says she was just talking to her son on the phone.

(name withheld) hung. Off the phone, she believes him to be high/intoxicated.

She is stating he's on probation and she would like him.

Somebody to check in with him.

I do know that earlier in the day they did also do a welfare check at All Seasons and checked on the kids for the same reason.
