We are coming to you with a thirty-seven-year-old male.

Chief complaint: He was the restrained driver in a motor vehicle accident this morning.

He was going about 20 or 30 by the time a car pulled up from a stop and hit the back end of his car.

There was minor damage to the back right side of his vehicle.

No airbag deployment.

He believes they were going about 60 .

Again, he was.

He had.

His airbag did not deploy.

He did not lose consciousness or hit his head.

He's got some neck pain.

He does have a disc in his neck that has been aggravated by this accident.

Does also say he has some tingling in his left arm.

We do have a current heart rate of 110 as a sinus rhythm.

Blood pressure of 153 over 87.

Set at 97 for room air.

GCS of 15. Not on any thinners.
