We're about 10-12 out with a alert 90-year-old female from a senior living facility.

She complained today she's having right shoulder pain secondary to a fall.

Patient, that unwitnessed fall, staff came in, found her on the floor, said that it could have been more longer than 30 or 40 minutes she's been on the floor.

Patient says she just kind of lost her balance and fell.

Patient does have a little bit of difficulty, seems like forming her words.

They do report that she had a recent UTI in the last couple weeks.

Has been taking antibiotics, but they said yesterday she started having some hallucinations right now.
