Youths reported smoking marijuana at Loose Park, Kansas City MO

00:00

I just had a patron advise me that there's a lot of juveniles out here at loose, smoking marijuana.

00:08

Going to be attempting to locate and make contact.

00:12

Copy.

00:14

Oh, three to oh two.

00:17

Go ahead.

00:19

Are you still up in the downtown area?

00:23

I'm not. I'm closing Blue Valley.

00:27

Disregard.

00:29

What's going on?

00:33

Someone is now stuck inside of Penn Valley,

00:36

but I'm here loose right now.

00:38

I'm trying to find these juveniles that are running around.

00:41

I think they might have had a car driving through the field here.

00:44

I'm going to clear from here after I let this last car out because the owners just got back.
