Usually cops just shoot them, this is new!

If that was my dog it be tied up Or in the house where it belonged not running loose. And sure wouldn’t be blaming someone else for hitting it when it was my fault for letting it run loose to begin with

I’m sure there is some open leash law. Case closed.

it seems to me that the dog shouldn't have been running loose. of course I don't know any particulars in this case.

I suppose he won't be reprimanded. If that was my dog,I'd be doing something about it and you can bank on that
