I just took a PBX referencing a male in either all black or dark colored clothing walking southbound on 65 around the area of Falks Road, trying to what looked like hitchhike.

Caller was just concerned since he was in all black and it's dark.

What was the location again?

She was a couple miles north of Kensett, probably around the Foxstone, like 440th area.
