Customer threatens to break woman’s arm at store

We had a customer 515 ago, a WFA in her 50s, (description withheld), telling a female (name withheld) that she would break her arm if she didn't stop crying.

Now she's away in a white Kia sedan, plate (number withheld), last seen northbound 7th.

Okay.
