We have a 62-year-old male patient who had fallen ground level.

He's non-traumatic.

There's no outward visible injury and he's not complaining of any injury.

Well, what he is complaining of is generalized weakness secondary to congestive heart failure,

which is chronic for him.

He does complain of fluid retention.

He says. . . That he's gotten a lot of retention over the last few weeks and now wants to come to the hospital for evaluation.

He is conscious, awake, and oriented.

His blood pressure is 130 over 70.

His heart rate is 76 and regular.

His respiratory rate is 18.

His lungs are clear and his sat is 98%.

Normally he's on three liters of home O2.
