Paramedic is reporting into our facility.

On board, I have a 23-year-old female patient in custody from law enforcement that was called to the detention center for injuries.

Patient is conscious, awake, and oriented, complaining of pain to the anterior portion of the neck where she was grabbed by another individual.

And she's also got some discomfort to the left scapular region of her shoulder where they're.

There is abrasions and contusions.

She also has an abrasion to her right patella region.

There was no loss of consciousness.

She does not have any other illness or injury, and her vitals are as well.

Have a BP of 100 and forty-four over eighty-eight.

A pulse rate of eighty-eight and regular.

A respiratory rate of 18 .

Lungs are clear. Stats normal.
