Reckless black Honda reported on Highway 54

Advising of a C&I driver on Highway 54 eastbound, just north of Kingdom City, just passing North Callaway High School.

It's going to be a black Honda sedan traveling at a high rate of speed, tailgating individuals as well as flipping people off when they're not getting over.
