Officers search Beaver Creek dock for missing child

We were told that a neighbor said they had seen a young (number withheld) down there earlier, but did not know if it was him because they did not have a description.

That's clear.

I'm being told last known he was wearing dark blue jeans and a bright blue button up.

He does have blonde hair.
