Is this the younger looking male? He lives somewhere near there and is always in the roads and not the sidewalk. I saw him on the corner out of his wheelchair on the ground with his belongings scattered around him. I asked if he needed help and his behavior was very strange and off-putting. he declined any assistance. He looks very similar to a registered SO that is listed on here. I am not sure if it is or not but I am trying to find out as I have seen him more recently in my neighborhood where there are children. he wanders the streets in his chair down the middle of the roads around main st, Broadway st, Klickitat Rd areas. If someone knows if this is the registered SO please let us know thank you.
