Officer to check on car with flat tire on highway

RP advised it was a red car on the shoulder of the westbound lanes, has a flat tire and there's an adult and a child sitting near the vehicle in the grass.

RP's just wanting someone to check on them.

County car, I'll run up there, take care of that.
