Pupils were equal and reactive, but sluggish and wide at about four or 5 mm .

Sugar was 106 , sinus on the monitor rate of 95 , SpO two 98 % on room air, respirations 16 , and a blood pressure of 120 over 74 .

And the patient is currently obtunded, not talking to us.
