South Dixie and Foster Lane had a white Chevy sedan with an Ohio plate of (number withheld), (number withheld), and pulled into our caller's driveway and then left and went to a different neighbor's driveway.

Last seen headed northbound on South Dixie at high rate of speed.

Driver is a taller black male, no one to see.
