Neighbor’s dogs enter yard, scare family

Speak with a caller who advised that she was outside and her neighbor's pit bulls ran into her yard and her and her children ran inside.

She stated the dogs were not aggressive when they actually came into the yard, but they were active, acting aggressively while in their own yard.
