She wanted to report that

I guess 20 min ago when she was outside having her cigarette, she believes she saw a male party run from the side of her house into the neighbor's yard.

She didn't think anything of it then.

Thought it was just a shadow, but now wants to report it as a person.

Again, no physical description is given.
