Welfare check on older man with toddler on Walden Ave

I'll be responding to that welfare check on Walden.

At four, complainant reports there's an older white male wearing a white shirt and was accompanied by approximately (number withheld)-year-old male child.

Was not banned or for about 10 min before leaving eastbound on foot.
