Child using weed whacker without adult nearby

omg this is ridiculous. lol. he's a child doing chores - what is wrong with ppl. leave him and his parents alone, I'm sure if he didn't know how to use a weed Wacker- the caller would have known b4 she bothered calling authorities and wasting their time... smh. you can't teach your kids any kind of independence these days without some nebby snob trying to put you down about it.
