We're en route to facility with a 32-year-old male chief complaint of seizures.

Upon arrival, patient was postictal, patient did have one seizure in our presence.

Heart rate sustained at 100, breathing four times a minute with end-tidal CO2 of 48.

Last BP was 160 over 80 with a SpO2 of 98.
