Driver watching TV in swerving semi on I-80

It's a yellow tractor, white trailer, Oklahoma plates, (number withheld).

RP is reporting the tractor trailer is all over the road on the shoulder near the hitting other vehicles, and when they pass, they could see the driver watching TV while he was driving.
