00:02
I was looking ahead and yeah, traffic's not moving.
00:05
People are u-turning, and it looks like there's a small street people might be turning on.
00:12
There were the cops there.
00:13

00:14
I'm just sitting at the bus stop.
00:16
But I was told there was no detour for southbound, so that's why it continued.
00:24
At 1st it was not, but now I believe that.

00:28
You whatever course you can't turn the same direction.
00:34

00:45
Turning, I don't know if that's the shopping center street there, but the cops had it blocked past where the signs that for the shopping, the crossroad shopping center.
00:56
There's cops blocking it off, people you turning, and cars.
01:01
I'm not sure if it's at the shopping center turn or a street turn, but yeah, I'm sitting at the traffic at Panda southbound bus stop.
01:12
Okay, yes, officer, you cannot go where the cars are going, especially in the shopping mall.
01:17
They just called us to say that they stopped.
01:21
That's out of the direction you're going where.
01:25
You may have to get a supervisor there, or you may have to just wait until this goes over.
01:30
There is a call for you to turn at nowhere in this section.
01:37
